CLASSES

The Local Pig offers hands-on classes in all aspects of butchering and charcuterie. And we do mean hands-on. Topics include breaking down animals, making sausages, and creating charcuterie! Classes will be in session each Sunday. BUTCHER BOX

Get your subscription here for an entire week’s worth of local eating. Each box is a 5, 7, or 10 pound selection of roasts, chops, burgers and sausages from happy cows, pigs, chickens, lambs and goats. Each butcher box will also feature a varied selection of handmade products such as pastas, stocks, soups, spice blends or fresh herbs to complement your butcher’s cuts. And occasionally we’ll also add something special that we’re excited about, just because we want to share with you.
